Ok talk about a coincidence. I have been looking for an answer for the same issue.
One red bump, doesn’t itch, almost appears to be a whitehead. I have had it for about 3 days now.
Did yours go away? I thought maybe mine was a start of balanitis. I tried to keep my foreskin retracted and wore boxer shorts thinking that might clear it up. It was just uncomfortable and the foreskin always goes back. Hope you had good luck.
