Red bump on penis head

a year ago i had a sexual encounter. since then i noticed a red bump on my penis head. i went a dermatologist and he prescribed antifungal and then anti biotic creams, both didnt work. its still the same. no itching but sometimes theres a bit of pain for a min or two. pls help. http://imgur.com/a/tEwFyFI http://imgur.com/a/cRztYKw

The photo on the right is the clearest - but not close enough. Can you re-take closer and in bright daylight / sunlight to show the detail.
I would have contacted the Dermatologist again after the second medication did not clear what you have going on

There is nothing to note of concern from your latest photo - often penile skin (or any skin on the body, for that matter) simply develops over time and becomes imperfect to the way we believe it was previously.
This is the most likely thing you have going on
