Red bumps around the base of my circumsized penis head? Balanitis?

Hello all! I have these red bumps around the head of my penis, and its just about the itchiest thing ive ever had to deal with. it seems to have spread to my anal region? (i have nary a clue how but on that side of town its unbearably itchy too.) any help would be greatly appreciated as im almost at the point of wanting to peel myself like a carrot with a potato peeler

Ari, have you recently had sex, either protected or unprotected?
having something going on in the anal region sounds more like you have a skin irritation issue - have you recently changed soap or shower gel - or perhaps you have been showering and washing and scrubbing at your skin more often than you would normally do … ?
