not sure, it could be, have they blistered? any other symptoms? best to get tested while you have symptoms. Get to the nearest GUM if you live in the UK. Herpes is very common, HSV1 about 6/10 people have antibodies, HSV2 about 1/6 people have it. If you have herpes it is mangable in most cases and not as bad as people make out. Good luck.
