These bumps formed around 2 months ago and have not gone away. On my head, there are two bumps. On my shaft, there are 4, with one being much bigger than the others. Everytime I masturbate, they seem to become a little irratiated. They are painless. I have no clue what they could be. If anyone thinks they know what these are, please reply.

If you are not currently sexually active what you have is simply irritation to your skin. In terms of what you have on the shaft of your penis these are most likely Fordyce Spots that have developed naturally, and you may have scratched the top off 1 or 2 of them
