Red bumps on Penis

Recently developed red bumps on the head of penis. Not painful or itchy or any way noticeable apart from they are visible (more so when there is more blood present/erect). In a long distance relationship so haven't had intercourse in 3 months (just masturbation) partner has a history of thrush and have had that before. any advice would be greatly appreciated

i think i too suffer from this issue, does anybody have any theories or recommendations??

So, the bumps are a natural part of your penis - what can vary from male to male is the amount of redness that is present, and whether this redness is natural, or is down to irritated skin.
I would say it is most likely the general appearance of the head of your penis is typical for your likely ethnic background.
So yes, as you possible elude to, sexual activity can impact on the level of irritation present, but as you have had no sex for 3 months there is unlikely to be ANY impact of any potential, unprotected sex, for example.
The suggestion I would make to you is try to limit exposure to soap and things like shower gel - basically wash your penis with water only using warm water NEVER hot, and make sure your penis is always fully dried
