I have had red marks on the top of my glans for a few years now, I don't feel any itching or pain.
This is even worse when after my penis is erect. There are micro pieces of skin that peel off exactly where the marks are. I was a virgin when I had this problem, I went to see several dermatologists and urologists and they say that it is not serious and it could be just balanitis.
They prescribed me several antifungal creams, diprosone, elidel... but nothing worked, on the contrary I had the impression that it was getting even worse that's why I stopped
I did a lot of research and it could be lichen, psoriasis, balanitis, eczema...
It has been bothering me for a few years but I feel like it will never go away.
I have noticed small whitish and brown spots on the foreskin, maybe that is related too.
I'm hesitant to do a biopsy but I don't know if it will leave a big scar on top of that.
I'm a little confused I must admit.
If anyone can help me I would be very grateful.
