I have had red crusted nipples for 6 months now, no matter how much I wash them or moistu

rise them it won't go away, my breasts are also sore, itchy, and got armpit pain and they've grown in recent weeks

Vicky if you have not already done so, do see your doctor. Im sure this can be sorted out with the correct medication.

You mentioned Pagets disease but this does not look like Pagets. It may be just a fungal infection…do see your doctor who will give you the best advice.
