I don't know what could it be, honestly i don't like it and it makes me feel Insecure, here are some photos, please let me know if there's any way to solve this
The only mark I see in photo 1 of your dick is the normal darker skin most of us have. Also in the normal pattern.
As for the redness of the glans tip in photo 2, this could be some infection or UTI. Probably best to get it checked out, esp if tender or stings when you pee or wash.
