Hello I am 29 years old. I am sexually active. I had sex about 2 weeks ago. Then I got this red dot that just appeared on my penis head. Any suggestions I am panicking a little bit. I have gotten balantis in the past, but it goes away with some anti fungal cream. But when that happens is usually multiple little red dots. This time is just one single dot. There is no pain when I touch it. It is not itchy. No pain when urinating or masturbating.
