i have these type of red spot before it was just under glans around 3 months back but now gradually it is increasing towards shaft as you can see in the picture it is non itchy just this redness does it look like balanitis ? herpes ? because i was sexually active & kindly tell me does this look like contagious because i was involved in oral sex unprotected a day ago will this be transmitted to my partner or will she have any effect of this
