Couple month ago i spotted these ltitle red spots around the ring of my penis also on it, i went to doctors and checked it with him, he said everything is alright but i am still not sure abouts those spots so i am here trying to find out what it really is.

Keep in mind, condoms only provide 30-50% protection from herpes and HPV. So you might want to reconsider casual sex w out knowing someone's status. 80% of people w genital herpes are asymptomatic and don't even know they are infected, but are spreading it around.
