So, I am unsure as to what these red dots are on my penis head. They appeared after oral sex that included accidental teeth, which I believe irritated my head. Right after the oral sex they appeared. After looking up online what it could be, I put it down to Balanitis and was meant to begin treating it with cream. I used the cream once, and I believe it began to fade them. Does anyone have any idea what this may be and if it is likely that it is Balanitis and if so, what I should do to treat it?
