A week ago I was travelling and had sex with a stranger, the condom broke and I noticed quickly and replaced. Today I looked at my glad and it had a few red dots and it does have a slight uncomfortable sensation, not that I notice it all the time.
I must say that I have been travelling the last month in Asia and masturbate without any lubrication.
Hey Pedro, this looks like 3 things. It could be hsv(herpes), it could be a yeast infection or it could a fungal infection. In any case I'd go and get tested. I wouldn't be too scared of it being herpes considering they usually show up much later than a day but just in case go see a dr

I just went to the doctor, he said nothing to worry about. Just a reaction to friction or condom allergy. According to him for sure not herpes or candida. Dr. prescribed Fucidin H cream twice a day until healed. Getting tests done for HIV, Hepatitis C and Syphilis just for peace of mind.
Now that I look at the inner foreskin it doesn't seem to have the structures that herpes or yeast would have so in sorry I worried you good luck in your testing!
