Red dots on penis head and tongue, are they related?

I have been worrying about this since a month ago. I have no sex. but sometimes musterbate . last month i started using lubricant during musterbate and used soap to clean after finished. Then i noticed some spots on my penis head. I went to a doctor.He said it's some kind of yeast infection. He told me to take Ampicillin and cloxacillin twice a day for a week and to apply clotrimazole bp 1% cream. But it's not effect. last week i notice some red dots on tongue. what should I do?

hey mate, it looks perfectly normal. stop stressing. did your Doctor do any tests? he should not give you antibitoics unless you have a positive test

Describe the spots? Location, size, colour, flat-or-raised spots? Give details. (I didn't even know that any of the "cillins" were given for a yeast infection. I've heard of the "cillins" making yeast infections worse, in fact.

I guess you could try another antibiotic. Different antibiotics work for different people.
