hello everyone ive been dealing with an irritated penis tip for almost over 2 months. the penis is red, with like little red dots and its all wrinkly. i feel like this happened after a sexual encounter with a friend. she said she was clean and recently got test back but who knows. i myself have got tested the standard std testing with chlaymida and gonnerhea, and all that. was all negative. had testing for hsv2 a little over a month after sexual encounter that was also negative. visted a urolgist who declared it was fungal and ive been using the an anti-fungal cream for two weeks now with no effect. it might be making it worse. please if you have any insight let me know, its been causing me a great deal of worry.

i have not. its strictly on the tip where irriation is.
not of the slightest. its mostly a burning sensation.
my glans looks very similar to yours, i have explored all avenues, full std screening, urine samples for uti/yeast infections amd all blood works. everything negative/fine… i was starting to think it was a reaction to soap but i have abdominal/groin pain also… im now exploring the possibility that it might be a prostate issue
you have to be careful with those fungal creams. exesive use can cause your skin layers to peel and thin the skin
i agree two weeks is quite along time to use a cream for a week to 10 days would be enough to treat a mild to severe fungal infection creams start to have a negative effect if used for longer periods of time u should just wash with warm water avoid soaps dont apply anything to it at all tbh it dosnt look all that irritated
Literally dealing with the exact same thing right now. My penis head looks exactly the same as yours. Check out my post and you’ll see. I also have a bit of redness around foreskin underneath and my scrotal area is red and itchy. Awaiting a urologist appointment myself. Already got STI testing at a local walk-in clinic, negative for HSV 1,2, Chlamydia, Gon, Syph, and HIV. Hopefully the urologist has some answers.
