Hi, my partner has scalp acne and red itching bumps just after intercourse and kissing that last 2 or 3 hours . Does anyone know what it can be? Thank you!
You should go to your doctor ASAP.
It could be histamine release caused by sex hormones. If it happens after every sexual contact and its really bothersome then get your partner to take an anti histamine tablet after sex. Sometimes allergic rashes like these are also caused by any perfume or body lotion that may be worn by the other person.

We tried to take anti histamine 20 min before any contact but it didn’t help
How long does the rash last?
The bumps disappear within 2 hours ( once that lasted a whole day), acne disappear within a week
