i think its a new found virus or infection, i have been getting this for the last 12 months with no explanation, and keep seeing it pop up more n more on here. no one knows what it is or how to treat it. my docs told me its folliculitis, but none of the long term treatments have touched it for me 1 year down the line its still an issue for me

Looks like irritated hair follicles. Could be irritated from friction or heat!
Is it sore at all! I don’t think it is a std to be honest!
Try exfoliating the area and apply some antiseptic creams! Don’t shave or use hair removal there for a while
did you take an hiv test as yet?
id say take a hive test. it could be folliculitis
yes its not HIV im totally clear of that.
