Ive had this red spot on my penis the past couple of weeks and i didnt think anything of it until it got a little itchy during the night this week and its gotten more and more itchy. Its worth noting i did have unprotected sex a couple weeks ago but i only lasted like 1 min and pretty sure the redness apread before then. what shkuld i do and what does this look like? the past two weeks ive dealt with eyelid redness thst is eerily similar to this yet they werent itchy and have since gone away after applying eye cream towards them and taking pills for them.

If its itchy then its infection. Try spot creams over the counter. There are genital creams over the counter you could try also.
