Red lump on penis shaft (no pain)

I just noticed this red bump on my penis foreskin and it is about 3 mm in diameter and it is also painless. When I first noticed it I thought it was like a pimple so I tried to pop it but nothing happened, it just made it more noticiceable. Doesn't hurt when I pee or ejaculate. I was sexually active 2 weeks ago today(no condom), and I do masturbate at least once a day. Can someone please tell me what this is?! It doesn't hurt but it's the fact that it's there that scares me

I should also note that the lump is soft when squished but noticeable to the touch. The past few days i was wearing clothes that were decently comfortable but i was in hot weather for 3+ hours sweating down there if that has anything to do with it.

Doesn't look like anything serious. I would leave it for a few days and see if it clears up by itself, which I think it will.

Maybe have a few days off masturbating and see if that helps it clear up a bit quicker.
