It looks like a zit, it's nothin' 
Just bathes it with cotton wool ball dipped in hot water as hot as you can bare and it will burst it. Simples....
Good, it feels comepltely different to a normal zit and after squeezing it for days it stayed the same so I thought it might be something serious.

Possibly an insect bite. Should clear up by it self within a few days though may leave a mark for much longer. If it is hot and the area round it swollen it may have become infected so you may need to see your GP.
I agree, it looks like a zit - possibly as spider bite that became infected. Put ichthamol (tarry-like salve) - some call it Boileze - on it with a bandaid overnight. It should break open and let the infection clear away.
I'm answering 6 days after post -- did it go away yet?
