Hi guys, I have had this red mark/lump on my penis since early October and it will not go away. I'm scared that this is a genital wart or something. I never have has sexual intercourse with another women. I had a handjob in July but no symptoms until early October. I noticed this lump and red mark after masturbating rigorously really hard for an hour. could this be a friction burn? the lump is very soft and not hard. please help - I am really anxious and worried that this is serious.
