Since the beginning of the corona virus lock down i stopped going to my barber and i bought a trimmer and started shaving my head at home. Ever since i started shaving at home (2/3 Months ago) i noticed red spots on the back of my head that doesn't go away. i usually shave my head once or twice per month and these spots are always there. they are not bumpy, itchy or cause any discomfort i don't feel them at all. i am also pretty sure that they are new and that they are not birth marks. any ideas what are these spots?

my boyfriend has exactly that too he always shaves his hair exactly like you and they are always there. I dont think it’s anything my bf is 45 and it’s never come to anything
Thanks a lot for your reply i am assuming as well that it is not something serious since it doesn’t itch or bumpy or cause any discomfort. i am just wondering what caused it and if its permanent or not. I will eventually visit a dermatologist. its just the whole coronavirus situation that makes such visits a bit difficult you know. Thanks again.
