Started with dog scratch 3 years ago . Had a few times when it has bled slightly from what looks like little spots surrounding nipple. No pain in the 3 years, but does not respond to Antibiotic cream.
The dog scratch may have very little to do with the bleeding you are experiencing and antibiotic cream will have no effect. When the Covid virus situation has cleared then you should see your doctor.
