its been this way for about 5 months, iv used lotion and equate healing ointment, even wear basketball shorts instead of boxers now to no progress. it hasnt gotten worse or better. whenever i have sex or masturbate it flares up bright red. it doesnt itch, hurt or anything. could it be STD or just a skin issue i can ger steriod cream for ?

First thing I would do is go to the doctor to find out what this is before I have sex again. If you have gone go back and tell them you still have it and it will not go away.
I don’t know what it is but it looks like a rug burn. Please go and have it looked at again…Ken
