I have a couple red sore-ish bumps on my Labia majora. They aren’t anywhere else other than there. I recently had finals and hadn’t showered for three days in a row and then noticed they were present. Could this be due to that? What could it be? I don’t believe it’s an STD. Also it’s been here for two weeks. Please help.

You say these red spots hurt. Is that constant or just when touched? You can send pictures if you want, but if it's only on the lips I doubt it's serious.
