He is suggesting this looks like genital herpes, and I would agree. You mention you have not been sexually active recently, but herpes can lay dormant. Or are you saying you are a virgin? If you have been sexually active prior, have you always used protection, or had STI screening including blood tests for herpes?

Are you saying your penis no longer looks as it did in the 1st picture you posted? You need to realise people in these forums are not medical professionals, to diagnose and suggest forms of treatment. This is what Medical Professionals are for, go see a doctor or go to a sexual health center where they deal with all genital and reproductive health issues if your penis still looks pretty much as it does in the photos.
