I'm 26 and cut and I've had these red patches on my penis head for over 2 years now. They are completely painless and they never itch but they have killed my self esteem. Sometimes they will flake just a tiny bit but that doesn't happen often and the flakiness will go away within the same day. These red patches tend to flare up and look a lot worse after showers and masturbation but they still don't hurt even then. I've tried an anti-fungal cream (clotrimazole) and also hydrocortisone cream but neither have worked for me. If I go a few weeks without masturbating, the red patches will fade just a little but they instantly come back after any friction. Is there anything else I can try that will get rid of this once and for all? Thank you
maybe try aquaphor or a vaseline type product to keep the glans hydrated and protected and ise lube when masturbating.
