Approximative 1 month ago I had a sexual contact with a girl, I used protection , with the exception of oral sex being unprotected.
After 2 weeks this appeared fast (in 24 hours) on the base of the penis, with no fluid discharge whatsoever, it did not hurt or sensation of itching, at palpation it is rubbery-hard consistency . Other general symptoms I don't have.
What it can be? and what kinde of doctor I must to visit?
That pic isn't in focus, but I think it might just be an ingrown hair, and unrelated to having sex a month ago. Personally, I wouldn't see a doctor unless it gets worse or never goes away, but I wouldn't talk you out of getting it checked out.
If you do want to see a doctor, you could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.

I was to the doctor, and he said it is folliculitis.
