I've tried prescription cortisone and anti-fungal cream, both for several weeks with no change. It doesn't really itch, but when I don't use cream on it it gets quite flaky/a bit scaly like it's super dry. It's flat and doesn't seem to go deep - mostly superficial on the surface. Any ideas? Thank you.
Probably capillaritis. It may fade over time or it may never go.
Thank you. I vaguely recall some dark dots there at the beginning, but now it’s just solid dark, no spots. Would this condition cause the flaking/dryness too?
