Red raised bumps on penile head. Balanitis?

Hi, I'm 23 and I recently just noticed I have 3-4 raised bumps on the penile head. Its not really itchy but a little bit tender. The last time I was sexually active was about a 1-2 weeks ago and we did decide to try a new brand of condoms (Brand: Crown).

Joe, how soon after the sexual activity did these appear?
It does look like you have a dermatological reaction and inflammation going on caused by a reaction to something.
Was it a prolonged or rough sex session?
