New here so ill do my best,
about 10 months to a year ago i was with my ex girlfriend who i believe gave me a yeast infection. i got STD tested thinking it was something along those lines but they all came back negative. the doctor thought it was something fungal and recommend i get anti fungal cream at walgreens and apply it. so i did. since then i have tried many different creams, candida yeast pills, you name it and nothing seems to kick this thing out of me. over time it has moved from a small patch above the urethra, to a head wide rash of dots and red patches.
through all this i have noticed one thing. when i avoid gluten, the rash dies down and only the bumps become visible. this also happens if it gets too moist under the skin.
not sure who to see or what to do. if anyone has this same problem or has had it please help!

Ensure proper hygiene. Avoid regular soaps. Wash with a mild soap every 3rd day and wash with warm water daily.
Apply coconut oil before masturbating.
