This started about 5 months ago. First i had a couple red dots that appeared around the glans near the urethra opening and glans was like dry and had like "cracks"(this happened like a week after I went down on a girl i had just met. I did use a condom when having piv sex though) i freaked out and schedule a std testing as soon as i could(i also talked the girl and she said she was clean). Test results come negative for the usual stuff they test so I was feeling less anxious by then and the red dots had dissapeared, but glans had some redness on the top. I scheduled another std testing with the usual and asked to be tested for HIV and herpes as well. Doc told me it was most likely yeast infection and prescribed clotrimazole ( my tests results were negative for everything). The ointment i was prescribed helped a little but didnt get rid of the problem and few weeks after, red dots came back and went away again. several weeks after i decided to go to dermatologist, and they said it was zoons balanitis and prescribed hydrocortisone. I tried it for a week and the dots went away but i still had some redness on the glans. IDk what else to do, I just want my penis to go back to normal
