At the moment, I have a red rash/dots on my penis and a few on the head of the penis. No pain, just a little itchy and no pain during urination.
I have a girlfriend and had sex 3 days ago, but I just noticed this this morning. I had started to have the flu which I went to the doctor for 2 days ago with fever.
Now this morning, no fever anymore and I'm feeling well again but I noticed this on my penis in the morning? Related to the flu with weak immunesystem? Or sex?

Very unlikely to be related to flu or a weakened immune system. If you had unprotected penetrative sex or perhaps received oral this would be the most likely cause.
Best go get checked by a Medical Professional or a Sexual Health Center - show them what you have, do not just ask for tests …
