It's been a while now be every time I either materbate or have sexual intercourse it becomes very red, sometimes it will throb but not a lot. I was told from one person that it was mild balantis and to use 1% Hydrocortisone and that didn't work. What could this be and how can I get rid of it? I would post pictures if I knew how too
Try a different cream like Daktarin oe Canesten. It may be fungal.

I don't know who suggested Hydrocortisone, but if it's balanitis, then as Pepasan said, Canesten or Daktarin would probably be better.

Washing (with water, no soap), daily and after taking a leak and washing after masturbation or sex will probably help too.
