Red rash looking

i am having this weird minute red rash look thing on my pennis head . it will be more visible in the morning and then i wash it and the day goes by it will be less visible.

there is no discomfort pain or itch . no pain while urinating. what it can be . can anybody help . if its balantis how can i cure it ?

you can try cream for a week or a pill once a week for two week. If it went away it was a fungi

Intercourse or anything? Does it appears suddenly with out any sex background? tell more pls

i was avoiding sex . and it will appear in morning and then disappear later in day . i am uncircumsized . i only had one sex partner . havent had sex in a month . i was using clitrimizole cream .
