my penis looks same. when i slide fingers on glans its painful. slight pain during urination and ejaculation also. after sex it become red painful and sore

see my post, I have the same thing. and nothing comes up when I get tested.

I’ve tried nearly all antibiotics for bacterial infections none of them manage to help.

yea im completely lost, had it for about 2 years and no one has any info lmao
