Hi, I have read similar discussions but this issue worries me as it all began 2 years ago when I made a mistake and saw a prostitute (unprotected oral).
Since then I have been terrified of having HIV, but the last year my anxiety has been much much lower as I have done so many tests that are all negative. I just have this rash that comes and go’s, can itch slightly but is mainly visual.
Worsens after shower or masturbation.
I need some answers to what it could be.

How soon did you notice the rash after the unprotected oral?
Also, is the rash always in the exact same spot, or does it seems to appear anywhere on the glans?
Have you been tested for HSV1 or HSV2?
Is there a time lapse where no rash is visible, for instance days or only hours in a day?
I have the same rash on the glans, triggered by shower/heat, masturbation /friction. Mine started about a month after unprotected oral.
Saw 2 Urologists, one said herpes, one said no herpes. Tested positive for hsv1, but had cold sore about 8 months prior. So maybe hsv1 oral and genital… Not sure. No pain, no open sores, no itching. Only enlarged prostate and a slight burning in centre of urethra.
Hey I have the exact same case. I even have stabbing like symptoms on my pelvic area and this has caused me paresthesia all around my body. I’m desperate if you have any cure please let me know. I got tested for STDS several times. The only result I get herpes simplex 1 high, but the doctor says that is normal and that everybody have hsv1. My condition looks very similar to your picture. i have tried antibiotics (4 different types), antivirals(valasyclovir), and antifungals (fluconazol). Nothing seems to work.
Any treatment i will do it im soo scared. thanks

Thank you for your response. If I may ask you, when did your situation started? Was it after unprotected oral sex? Does your rash also flare up after shower/masturbation?

I also saw a Dermatologist, he prescribed Protopic 0,1% to be applied to the glans once daily, and a SBR skin repair ointment 4 to 6 times daily. So I apply the Protopic 0,1% at night time, the repair cream during the day. Been using it for 10 days now, slight improvement. But I read that if the glans skin is damaged it takes upto 7 months to heal under good management.
BUT, my feeling is, the cause for these rashes are hsv1 related. A disguise form as it doesn’t present the normal known symptoms.
Hi thanks for you reply, so I probably noticed it a few days after, it’s always in the same place, and is kind of permanently there all the time but can be practically un visible for days or weeks and then it flairs up red.
I have done all std tests about 20 times (all negative)
Herpes blood test 2 times (negative 1 & 2)
H pylori (negative)
Full Blood counts and liver tests a good 5 times (all normal).
So the answer is beyond me.
Only thing that could make a little sense is that before the (lady of the night) began she cleaned my helmet with a wet wipe very firmly twisting it round, which caused my legs to fly up in the air with the uncomfortableness.
But if it was a kind of abrasion, surely it would be normal after 2 years.
Anyone have a similar experience?

My symptoms started more than 4 weeks later. I agree in a way with you that the skin on the glans got damaged. The fact that you are negative for hsv 1&2 is absolutely great news. Means that there is a possibility for me that hsv is not maybe the culprit.
Difference being that my rash moves around on the glans, yours are fixed in the same place.
I really hope that we will get some sort of explanation for this problem.
Please advise if you find any cure.
Slightly different as no red mark but do have issues with gland and via same route. Test negative for everything multiple times. I also get the pelvic pain and acute epididymitis. Antibiotics dont seem to be doing anything so at a loss. ps. HPV all negative (plus wouldnt cause the pelvic pain)

The situation started around summer last year. I did have unprotected sex with a girl I met. All types of sex except anal. It started as a little itch just like if you have an UTI. Nothing mayor. But then, that little itch grew deeper inside, and it took over the outer part of my bladder, But it keeps growing inside up to my chest. It flares like paresthesia all over my body. It gets worst every time I have sex and I masturbate.
The pictures you are about to see are after sex, before sex, and when I let it dry. I’m so afraid deep inside, and doctors don’t care nor find the cause of my problem. I don’t have fiver nor feel tired. Furthermore, I feel good mentally and physically capable of anything, but it burns and hurt inside. I even went to the neurologist to check on my nerves, got a Ctscan and MRI. Nothing that you can see because it lives on my skin

hsv1 was the only result positive and relatively high on all my std tests but doctor don’t care about it

I have ongoing pelvic pain plus epididymitis that has developed over time. Pain spreads in the main between thigh and testes. No one has any clue. Tried full range of antibiotics to no avail. Still convinced bacterial however as in the main not much else that causes epididymitis
hello, so lately ive been having the same issue i wss wondering if you guys knew what it could be. also tested abnormal for hsv 1 but negative for hsv 2 and negative for other stds
hi, so i originally made this post, after multiple tests and seeing multiple doctors i got no answers, but it has mostly cleared now, sometimes may be slightly visible, i wonder if its stress related or due to the anti depressants i was on at the time.
obviously nothing to worry about though.
i have this exact thing and im at a loss did you ever use steroid cream ?
yes that was my final thing i did, did help alot actually. so give that a go.
dont stress too much about the whole thing though (like i did) i dont think its anything to be concerned about too much.
i feel like my fingernails look different like more yellow or inflammation kind of look they used to be just blue only does yours look like this ?
yeah tbh that was one of the things i noticed at the beginning, i thought they looked more dull and visable vertical lines ( which are still there). plus the skin on my hands was peeling alot. i was highly stressed at the time, so put it down to that.
what are your circumstances that began all this?
