I developed this red rash recently on my penis head.
i have had oral sex with my partner daybefore yesterday and after that i cleaned up with baby wipes which hd aloevera in it after cleaning with wipes i washed my penis with soap and water after around 1 hr... also i have been cleaning my penis with beauty soap daily... is it just a skin reaction or something else
Buddy you have a skin reaction to one of the things you washed with. Never use baby wipes The penis skin is different then a baby’s bottom.
You should never never use any type of soap on your penis. What you did is take all the natural oil out of your penis skin. Your going to have to get a cream for it and just let it heal
