i am a 20 year old male who has last had unprotected sex about 6 months ago. nearly 2-3 months ago i noticed this red rash on my tip. i have frequent tingling/stinging, but its not very painful. i can pee just fine, no stinging pains then. Just throughout the day itll start randomly feeling weird. someone please tell me what this is !!!
