if its worrying you go to a sti clinic and get tested, or see your doctor/GP.
if its fungal/ balanitis get dermol 500.
i had something that looked similar to this on and off for well over a year and has now gone after using dermol 500.
also dont use strong soaps when washing yourself.
… the only safe approach until this clears up completely is no soaps, water only, thoroughly dry after washing or haven taken a shower …
