Red scaly rash around genital area, Don't know what it is

Around 2 weeks ago I noticed mild red irrigation in the same area, didn't give it much thought but it continued to worsen. I am planning on visiting doc. but since it will take some time I thought I could ask here. Sometimes it's little itchy but its nothing severe, I thought it could be Jock Itch or other fungal infection or bacteria - I am not really sure. Also noticed some little red areas in my armpits and between cheeks. Maybe my testicles feel little bit more "scaly" sometimes red, this could be just my imagination. Didn't notice any smell.

also noticed rash on my torso and back, looks similar to pityriasis rosea I had years ago, but it never was around genitals

Do you have an image of your anus and testicles? Does it look similar to the base of the penis?

It’s only the base, I thought it might be testicles as well but I really can’t tell, thought they are more reddish but they don’t itch and it doesn’t seem like the rash I have on the base. It maybe spreaded little bit down from the base but it’s just little bit.
I am going to visit my dermatologist since I have no idea what it is.

The other day I noticed pinky to red rash on my torso and back but it disappeared extremly quickly.

Also noticed this (+dry mouth), Perioral dermatitis ?

Thought it might be all linked to psoriasis but I am too unsure to say anything.

I take it back, noticed red scrotum as well

(+) Rash around genital area, slightly ichy, red scrotum, red spots between bcheeks. Yet to see derm, read some stories about similar cases that never found any success with all kinds of treatments — which is kind of scary. Got worse with fast fever + mild rash on back and torso that disappeared quickly

Was prescribed Clotrimazol (it’s probably Pityriasis versicolor.) At least that’s what my derm said

Sorry for the delay! Didn’t get a notification you replied. Glad you were able to see the dermatologist. Take some photos of the progress during taking the medication and keep me posted on how it goes. Hope it can clear up the more visible rash around your mouth, penis, and testicles. Did the rash ever make its way onto the shaft or head of your penis?

Yes, the bottom of the shaft, white/pinkish circle-ish rash. Doesn’t seem to get any better sadly

How long were you advised to use the Clotrimazol? Is contact with your genitals causing things to worsen (sex, masturbation, underwear)?
