hello. I've had this red shiny patch on my penis for a month which is more noticeable when it's erect. I see flakes on it sometimes sometimes not. It's redder after sex. however, it is not painful, stingy, itchy, or cause me discomfort. it's just there. I also see a new spot appear on the other side just today. I've had an std panel and they're all negative. my gp prescribed clotramizle on and I'm using it for two days but it seems to be larger and redder. Really worried about penile cancer. anyone has had the same experience?
Did it occur after a new sexual partner? Important to test everything multiple times, as you could get false negatives early on after exposure.
If you’re worried, see a dermatologist or urologist. Random people on the internet won’t figure this out.
