I have had a red mark around the circumfrance of my penis for a week. no sexual activity apart from masturbation. once realizing the red I havent masturbated, picture is on the 7th day. Please advise.
im getting exactly the same, came on one day and has been like it ever since (circa 2 years) never went away, ive had treatments from drs and tried everything under the sun, wont go away. it itches, burns, my uretha openin is swolen, i get after dribble. its horrific and depressing.

What does it look like under the foreskin? Is there any hardening / white plaque?
There is no white plaque or hardening under the foreskin. please see attached.
It doesn’t look like anything sinister and you haven’t said that it is painful.
This is possibly posthitis, aggravated by the masturbation. You have a fair bit of skin there and could also just be dryness Don’t aggravate with soap and speak to the Dr to see if they prescribe topical medication for it.

Well I’m not a qualified Dr, but again doesn’t look like anything bad. Very slight redness to glans. Possible balanitis. Maybe try lubrication when you masturbate and sex and see if that helps. Wash with water or emollient and see how that works.

Update: After using Fungal Cream for a week is hasnt improved much see pictures. Penis head seems very dry and visable skin peeling. plus new red spots. Any ideas??
