they look more like papules thsn anythings else if was an std they would be there when the penis is erect stop using soap use a water based lubricant

your condition is common and benign. Nothing to worry

I am sure you had this for a long time and never paid attention.

It doesn’t look like any std and serious non std skin conditions.

It will only affect you psychologically until you accept it’s normal.
