any ideas, they are red bumps not sore or itchy. seem to be getting more and more

i am married ,30 years old. no sexual contact in 4 weeks or so
i have no access to a medical professional just now but spoke on the phone in detail as i have also got some on my shaft. he thinks its a fungal infection but hard to find similar picture online. anyone shed some light? i have abstained from masterbating and been using anti fungal cream which i think is helping.
It does look fungal. Keep using your cream until resolved.
