I've had some red sores appearing on my penis and there not always in the same spot they come and go but just looks like red sores usually not irritating and doesn't cause pain.

Have you had sex before without a condom?
If yes, how long ago?
Does the symptoms itch, irritate or erupt in any way?
Do you have excessive sweat around the infected area?
Yes had sex without a condom about a year ago and it's some times irritating but ussualy can't feel it and it can be moist at times. I'm taking an std test tomorrow
There like scabs they come and go but never fully goes away
They might be lessons. Do they come back in the same area? You might want to test for herpes HSV2 with a iGg screening. But they might be related to fongul infection so a cortizone Cream might do the trick.
