Red Sores on Penis

I have 2 red sores on my glans and 2 in the inside area of my foreskin that disappear and comeback. They are sometimes more redder, but they usually look like this most of the time. I cant remember how long they have been here but it has been more than 8 months. Im not sexually active much, only twice in 2019 Went to stdcheck.com and used the 10 Test Panel on Jan 3, 2020 and on Oct. 8, 2019 everything came back negative I'm not sure what this is and im trying to get rid of it. I would appreciate any help!

Do you have skin problems anywhere else on your body? A dermatologist would also think whether there is a contact issue with something the penile skin is in irregular contact with, or whether there is a allergic reaction going on.
So this could be the likes of a particular soap or shower gel you may use from time to time. The other most frequent skin problems of the penis are down to either sex or masturbation: I am wondering whether you use something as a lube, or just because your prefer to apply it, for either masturbation itself, or to act as a moisturising agent afterwards … ?

I do not have skin problem anywhere else on the body. I have been using dove shampoos and hot water to wash my penis. I masturbate about once a day(40min-1hr) without lubes
