I've had this spot on my chest for a few weeks, not painful
hard to see in pics maybe bug (tick) bite or ringworm?
Does it itch? Do you have any more of these on your body? Is it growing in size or did it appear that size and not changed?Do you feel well?
Doesn’t itch, I don’t have anything similar elsewhere on my body, didn’t notice any change in size, I feel well
Sounds odd. Do you wear any sort of jewellery hanging round your neck? or have contact with something metal in that area?It looks like contact dermatitis, is it dry and scaly? Is that another patch in the middle of your chest, under the hair?
If it doesnt itch or spread or multiply and you feel well then it may be one of those strange things that appears and then just disappears. Keep an eye on it, but if it doesnt clear in a couple of months maybe a doctors opinion would be a good idea.

It does have a drier texture than my skin does. There is a possibility I’ve put substantial pressure on that spot by pressing my earphones microphone into my skin while performing a paused barbell bench press exercise at the gym.
I will see a doctor if it’s not gonna fade away.
