hey i had this for over a month now. can someone tell me is it smth to be worried? i had uprotected sex 2 month ago. when this came out i got tested for std and was negative. what can this be? it didn't hurt at first but now its been 2 week and i feel it hurting.

There are so many potential causes - are you seeing a Dermatologist or Urologist, or your regular Doctor / GP for starters … ?

Okay, the condition was most likely present before the unprotected sex - my suggestion would be the conditions necessary need to be present for an extended period of months or even years for it to develop.
The topical cream should actually be an ointment - on the penis, creams deal with infections, ointments help the skin to repair itself, or at least, to be as healthy as possible.
You need to ensure you apply it as directed in terms of frequency of application - it needs to be absorbed by the infected / diseased skin otherwise you risk gaining no benefit from it …
